Katalin leads the development of sovereign digital twin technologies, with a focus on agency of data, data supply chain management, chain of custody, truth and trustworthiness for Ambient Enterprises. She has over 30 years of technology strategy, architecture and development experience at Intel and IBM. She developed self-forming, self-aware and responsive infrastructures as well as on-demand platform technologies. She is a thought leader in distributed intelligent architectures with a focus on the design and development of self-aware autonomic resources. She redefined the concept of traditional datacenter orchestration with hardware up delegation of authority. Katalin’s industry experience includes datacenter architecture, multi-platform systems, including Power/RISC and Linux on Power, as well as cloud computing and executive level consulting. She published over 30 technical papers, several architecture specifications with IEEE, OpenFog and co-authored numerous IBM Redbooks. She served as the CTO for OpenFog and represented Intel for OASIS. She has spoken at numerous seminars and conferences since 1995, holds over 70 patents, and has received IBM’s Chairman’s Award for her work on building the IBM Global Linux Services and Support strategy. She was awarded the Top 50 Smarter Cities Global influencers for 2019.
